1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:
This deoresenction product is a top choice for men seeking effective relief from erectile dysfunction. Sildenafil citrate (the active ingredient in Cialis) is a prescription medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. This product costs around $10 per month, making it the best-known deoresenction product on the market. Deoresenction products are available in various strengths, including 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, and 300 mg. Men looking to improve their sex life can use Deoresenction products without a doctor's prescription.

The latest news for Chinese men’s sexual health:
The latest news for China’s male health clinic:
“Cialis is the best medicine for the treatment of erectile dysfunction,” said Dr. Wang, a Chinese sexologist, when asked about the latest treatments for erectile dysfunction.
Dr. Wang told reporters that he is not a doctor and that Chinese patients need to be treated for ED with a medicine that contains tadalafil, a compound that helps increase blood flow to the penis.
He said that although tadalafil was approved by the FDA, a number of clinical trials have found that it did not improve erections in patients with mild ED or ED with low blood pressure. These include patients with heart failure and a severe type of diabetes.
Other clinical trials have also found no benefit to the drug. But these trials are not the only ones that have found no benefit.
“The Chinese medical community is still in a long struggle to develop treatments for the underlying condition of ED,” said Dr. Wang. “The best treatment for the underlying condition of ED is Cialis. But there are some people who do not like to talk about it, and they will not accept it.”
A clinical trial published in the January issue of the Journal of Sexual Medicine said that the medication is effective for more than 60 percent of men with ED. It is not known if it works for the majority of men.
Researchers said they were not confident of the safety of Cialis.
“Cialis is a safe and effective treatment for erectile dysfunction,” Dr. Wang said. “However, it is important that you use it with caution because of possible adverse effects.”
The American Urological Association (AUA) guidelines recommend that men with ED take Cialis about three hours before sexual activity, but doctors have not been able to determine if Cialis will work for all men who take it.
The AUA has not reached a decision about its recommendation. The recommendation is to stop using Cialis for ED until the AUA’s recommendations are met.

The FDA has stated that they’re aware of these risks, but not enough to recommend that people with erectile dysfunction be prescribed these drugs.
The agency’s new warning letter also notes that men with severe erectile dysfunction (ED) are at a higher risk of getting side effects that can occur after taking the drugs, such as priapism (prolonged and painful erection) and priapism-like symptoms in men with diabetes.
“We believe it’s important to inform Canadians about the risks associated with erectile dysfunction drugs like Cialis and Levitra,” said FDA spokesman David Hylton. “The FDA is also committed to protecting its citizens from potentially dangerous side effects.”
The letter also notes that a number of drugs have been linked to side effects, including Cialis and Viagra. According to the FDA, the risks of these drugs are more serious than those associated with prescription drugs, so they’ll be used only as a last resort.
The letter also notes that patients with severe ED often have severe side effects that cannot be treated with medications that are similar to those prescribed for ED. “We encourage patients to seek professional medical advice for any medical conditions they may have and to consult their doctor before using any medication,” said the letter.
The FDA has not released the specific warnings about these side effects on its website.
